We are grateful that in 2021, we were able to help more clients with their home buying and selling needs than ever before, resulting in a record-breaking year with approximately $600 million in total sales volume, the highest ever recorded in Contra Costa County.

As this new year begins, we are thrilled to announce that we have made an exciting move, opening our very own luxury office in partnership with Coldwell Banker, the iconic real estate company that was founded in San Francisco! As part of this partnership, we are honored to have been chosen as the first-ever Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Lifestyle Ambassadors. Click here to review a press release about our new affiliation.

What the last couple of years have taught us is that we must be ever changing and constantly adapting to better serve the needs of our clients. Having exclusive access to a global luxury network has never been more important than it is now and is paramount to the success of our clients.

Cheers to a new year of beginnings!

      Danville

Often referred to as the “Heart of the San Ramon Valley,” Danville’s tree-lined streets and family-friendly offerings are highlighted by a renowned downtown filled with shopping, dining, and entertainment. In 2020, Danville was named the safest town in California.

Danville offers many unique areas for homeowners, including the Westside, Sycamore, Geenbrook, Danville Station, Crow Canyon Country Club, and many neighborhoods along the Camino Tassajara corridor.

Danville has exceptional surrounding nature, including Mount Diablo State Park, and Las Trampas Regional Wilderness. Both are enjoyed by biking and hiking enthusiasts. The Iron Horse Trail, which spans over 30 miles from Concord to Pleasanton, runs through the heart of downtown Danville and is a popular walking and biking trail for locals and families. Danville is also home to the San Damiano Retreat, a Franciscan monastery that welcomes visitors seeking spiritual renewal and growth.

Its weekly farmers’ market occurs next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. There are also numerous festivals and events downtown throughout the year, including The Danville July 4th parade and lighting of the historic Oak Tree to kick off the Christmas season.

Danville has outstanding public schools, which is one of the main reasons given by families who choose to move there. The San Ramon Valley Unified School District has been named to the annual AP Honor Roll for eight consecutive years, one of only two school districts to achieve this milestone.

Danville homes range from beautifully maintained cottages to gated estates. With gorgeous weather and an ideal location centered in the 680 corridor between Walnut Creek, Pleasanton and Livermore, as well as close proximity to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, it’s the perfect mix of easygoing luxury and small-town living.
