We are grateful that in 2021, we were able to help more clients with their home buying and selling needs than ever before, resulting in a record-breaking year with approximately $600 million in total sales volume, the highest ever recorded in Contra Costa County.

As this new year begins, we are thrilled to announce that we have made an exciting move, opening our very own luxury office in partnership with Coldwell Banker, the iconic real estate company that was founded in San Francisco! As part of this partnership, we are honored to have been chosen as the first-ever Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Lifestyle Ambassadors. What the last couple of years have taught us is that we must be ever changing and constantly adapting to better serve the needs of our clients. Having exclusive access to a global luxury network has never been more important than it is now and is paramount to the success of our clients.

Cheers to a new year of beginnings!

Pantone announces Classic Blue as 2020 Color of the Year!

Pantone announced it’s 2020 color of the year and at first we weren’t sure how we felt about it. Our thoughts immediately went Carrie Bradshaw’s satin Manolo pumps from the Sex and the City movie (which we love!) but, when picking a classic, sometimes it can feel a little “been there, done that”.

After some thought, we realized that classics are timeless for a reason. In fashion, you can never go wrong with a killer little black dress, warm camel coat or casual denim jacket. Whether it’s the year 2020, 1989 or 2040, classic blue is not going away. We are excited to fully embrace PANTONE 19-4052 and modernize it in our fashion,  home decor and staging this year!

Here is how we think you can integrate classic blue in your home:

      1. Incorporate a statement couch or large piece of furniture to a neutral room to add contrast and dimension. Soften the blue with patterned pillows and textured throw blankets!

      2. Paint your kitchen cabinets or island a classic blue to refresh your kitchen. A neutral backsplash will keep the space looking clean and new.

      3. Add drama to any room with aboldarea rug to frame the space.

      4. Add an element of surprise to your space with an accent wall… but don’t just stick to paint! Adventure out of your comfort zone and select a herringbone tile to highlight your shower!

We hope this inspires you to make some bold changes this year!Be sure to tag us in your home transformations: @KhristaJarvisTeam so we can see how you revamped your space!
