We are grateful that in 2021, we were able to help more clients with their home buying and selling needs than ever before, resulting in a record-breaking year with approximately $600 million in total sales volume, the highest ever recorded in Contra Costa County.

As this new year begins, we are thrilled to announce that we have made an exciting move, opening our very own luxury office in partnership with Coldwell Banker, the iconic real estate company that was founded in San Francisco! As part of this partnership, we are honored to have been chosen as the first-ever Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Lifestyle Ambassadors. Click here to review a press release about our new affiliation.

What the last couple of years have taught us is that we must be ever changing and constantly adapting to better serve the needs of our clients. Having exclusive access to a global luxury network has never been more important than it is now and is paramount to the success of our clients.

Cheers to a new year of beginnings!

Back to School (from home) Fruit & Veggie Bugs Snacks

      Fruit Bugs

      • 2-3 celery stalks
      • ½ cup peanut butter
      • 1 cup red and/or green grapes
      • 3-4 strawberries, sliced
      • ½ cup blueberries
      • 1 apple, sliced
      • ¼ cups chocolate chips
      • ½ cup Gorilla Munch or
      • Panda Puffs cereal

      Vegetable Bugs

      • 2-3 celery stalks
      • 1-2 mini cucumbers
      • ½ cup cream cheese
      • 10 cucumber slices
      • 1 cup cherry and/or grape tomatoes
      • (various colors)
      • 1 bunch chives, cut into 1” lengths
      • 5-7 black olives
      • 10 whole cashews

      1. Begin by preparing the googly eyes for your fruit and vegetable bugs. Pipe small dots of cream cheese onto a plate. For vegetable bugs, place chopped black olive circles onto cream cheese and for fruit bugs use mini chocolate chips. After assembling the eyes, place them in the freezer to chill for easier assembly later on.
      2. Prepare fruit and vegetables. Scoop seeds from mini cucumbers. Help your bugs stand by slicing a flat edge on the bottoms of mini cucumbers and celery sticks.
      3. For vegetable bugs, fill celery stalks and/or mini cucumbers with cream cheese. For fruit bugs, fill celery stalks with peanut butter, using a piping bag or spoon.
      4. Use your creativity to make snails, caterpillars, dragonflies, and butterflies! Chives or thin-sliced apples (with skins on) can be used for antennae.
